The metal magnetic powder core is a kind of composite soft magnetic material made by the powder metallurgy method after the magnetic powder is insulated and coated. Because the magnetic particles constituting the magnetic powder core are insulated from each other, the resistivity between the particles is increased , so the loss of the magnetic powder core is greatly reduced, which ensuring the magnetic powder core remains stable in a wide frequency range, and this is the most prominent advantage of the magnetic powder core.
